  1. Who we are. Stilson Shirts (stilsonshirts.com) is operated by BaristaLabs LLC ("we", "us"), [ADDRESS]. BaristaLabs LLC is the seller of record for every order placed on this site: your contract of sale is with BaristaLabs LLC, and charges are made by BaristaLabs LLC. Contact: sean@baristalabs.io.
  2. What we sell. Custom pet-portrait apparel, made to order. Each item is printed on demand by our production partner (Printify and its print providers) after you pay. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed item.
  3. Your photo and your rights to it. When you upload a photo you confirm that (a) you took it, or you have the photographer's permission to use it for this purpose; (b) it shows only your pet: no people, faces, or anyone's likeness; (c) it contains no trademarks, logos, readable text, license plates, or copyrighted characters or artwork you don't have rights to; and (d) it isn't unlawful, sexual, violent, or hateful. The exact confirmation you check is recorded with your design. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it (including with the AI and moderation providers listed in our Privacy Policy) only to check it, create your designs, show you previews, and make and ship your order. You're responsible for claims arising from a photo you didn't have the right to upload.
  4. Automated checks. Photos and generated designs are screened automatically (for example for nudity, people, logos, and text). We may reject or ask you to crop a photo, and we may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order we believe breaks these Terms. Automated checks can be wrong; contact us if you think a photo was rejected by mistake.
  5. AI-generated designs. Designs are generated by artificial intelligence from your photo and a style you choose. Results vary, may not match your pet exactly, and may contain artifacts. Several designs of the same pet may look alike, and other customers may receive designs in the same styles. You see a proof before you pay. By approving the proof you accept the design as shown, and the approval text is stored with your order. To the extent the law allows, AI-generated output may not be protectable by copyright; we don't promise that you can register or enforce rights in it.
  6. Use of your design. A personalized design is for your personal, non-commercial use. We keep the rights to our styles, prompts, templates, and site. We won't sell your personalized design to anyone else or reuse your photo for other customers.
  7. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are set by us at checkout; any price shown elsewhere is not binding. Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of BaristaLabs LLC; we never see your full card number. Your card statement shows BARISTALAB* STILSON. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
  8. Shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and aren't guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order, except where the law says otherwise.
  9. Final sale. Custom items are final sale except for defects. See the Returns & Remakes Policy, which is part of these Terms.
  10. Retention. We delete photos and designs as described in the Privacy Policy (7 days after upload if you don't buy, 90 days after payment if you do). We never use your photos or designs to train AI models.
  11. Abuse prevention. We limit how many designs can be generated and use bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Don't try to get around these limits or use the site to generate images other than portraits of your own pet.
  12. Disclaimers and liability. Products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
  13. Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. [Arbitration / venue / class-action waiver: counsel to decide.]
  14. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
